Warmup is not optional
Every sending identity is warmed for two weeks before it sends a campaign, and there is no switch to skip it. Sending from a cold identity is the fastest way to end up in spam, so we removed the ability to make that mistake.
Emails should read like a person wrote them
Squibb writes each message for the specific person receiving it and signs off with your name rather than a company name. A template with a merge field is not personalization.
