Free Trial
All new accounts start with a free trial period. You will not be charged until the trial ends and you choose to subscribe. You can cancel at any time during the trial with no obligation.
Monthly Plans
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.
Annual Plans
Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated refund within the first 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, you may cancel but will retain access until the end of the annual billing period without a refund.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact our support team at billing@squibb.ai with your account details and reason for the request. We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days.
